Don’t think about tomorrow. Live in the moment, and take a deep breath. Mindfulness is just as helpful as meditation. Spend a minute taking inventory. How are you feeling? Pause. Take a vacation from your phone, from your computer, from watching TV.
Quiet your mind.
If it refuses to be quiet, let the thoughts pass and gently come back to focus on the present moment.
Let the waterfall of silence wash over you. Take four long breaths, and notice the stress level is lowered. Nothing is more important than how you feel.
